(3) When uploading new stories, the user confirms that they are neither harmful to young people, copyright infringing nor contain harmful or disturbing content in any way.
(4) By uploading the stories, the user confirms that they do not contain any copyrights that make the uploading against our rules. If the user is not the owner of the usage rights of the respective recording, he or she confirms that all rights required for uploading have been obtained from the rights holder. If not, we reserve the right to hold the user legally responsible.
(5) Claims for damages against Taledrops and their operators, by or in connection with the use of the application cannot be made. Should you find a story that contains the above-mentioned violations, in particular violate your rights as a right holder we arrange for the immediate deletion of the content. Violations can either be reported using the "Report" tool on the respective page of a story or directly via the following email address: support@taledrops.com.
(6) On violations of obove rules, Taledrops and their operators reserve the right to end the membership unilaterally and prohibit further use of the application.
(7) Taledrops and their operators do not guarantee unrestricted use of the application and website.
(8) By pubishing a story, you agree that the operators of Taledrops may use and publish your story. You expressly consent to this by submitting.
Privacy Policy:
(1) The data is collected for the purpose of operating an application and website, for data transmission of a registration, for data transmission of a new story and for evaluating access. By installing this application a significant relationship between you and the operator of this application is established in accordance with Art. 6, 1.f GDPR
(2) Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the optimization of our application.
(3) The use of personal data is valid for the duration of the corresponding consent as well as in accordance with the statutory retention periods. You have the right of information, correction or deletion of the saved personal data.
(4) We have integrated the possibility to share content via social networks on our application and website. With these plugins different functions are provided, their subject and scope is determined by the operator of the social networks. Please notice that Taledrops and their owners have no influence on the data processing of these services. Please contact these service providers directly for more information on how your data is processed by the respective service providers.
(5) We´ll send you push notifications through the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging Service. All notifications can be switched on or off later in the settings menu. Hereby, Firebase generates a calculated key, which is composed of the identifier of the app and its device identifier. The Firebase server cannot draw conclusion on how the identifier and user are connected. Firebase serves only as a transmitter
(6) We use shared preferences to save settings on your smartphone. These will be stored (encrypted) on your smartphone. Taledrops has no access to this data.
(7) We analyze anonymized user data with the help of Google Firebase. None of us can draw conclusions about the respective user.
(8) On the Taledrops.com website, we use cookies to optimize your user experience. Amongst other settings we save your current session (anonymized with the help of a token). By registering and logging in the user consents to this.
